Online leave management system to track leave of employees
This module automated the leave request process, making it hassle-free for both the management and the employees. This system seamlessly handled all the stages involved in a leave management process: application, approval/rejection, filing leaves, managing leave balance, and analysis.
Employees could view their leave balance while applying for leave. Supervisors and HR staff had access to employee leave balance and holiday lists to evaluate leave requests better.
The system helped to eliminated the hassle of paperwork, removed manual interventions and improved communications between the human resources staff and other employees.
